some people here don’t know the meaning of franchise. they too have they’re own set of guidelines and policies to follow. therefore they can create other additional rules that don’t necessarily apply to Starbucks. i’ve worked both in a franchise and not. Some Stores are still open, and if they continue to stay open, then we are crossing the ethical boundaries on staff safety. Anyone suggesting drive thrus to stay open, you are part of the problem. you should be self isolating, not self caffeinating!
It would have been nice if your app had informed me of this closure rather than simply letting me load money onto my account this morning. I did this before setting out only to discover the drive thru closed 5 minutes later. All company owned Starbucks have closed as of last night. Inc drive thru. If you see any open they will be licence or franchise stores and cannot vouch for them store on what the imminent future is
