Going to try to make the Carrot Cake for my husbands birthday next month. Hopefully things will be a little less chaotic by then.ust baked raspberry chocolate “muffins” this morning I saw this and thought of you! Let me know if you make any of these I don't have enough baking pantry staples, but this might pique your interest!
Would be great if you can find flour to bake with! I do bake regularly and went to buy a bag of plain flour, bag of self raising flour and bag of bread flour as I had run out. Been to endless supermarkets and all out of flour! one to add to the list of things to keep us entertained:) you can learn to make to good doughnuts from borough market!
