So they want to be lazy and controlled by the government. Just proves how much society's values have declined. People used to work hard and be proud to earn their $$ and they sure as hell made less wages than what employers pay today. It's just another step in loosing freedoms. Wake up America! if you work then you pay for the next guy’s handout. Money and the need for money is a signal to the individual that tells him not only whether to work but also what skills to learn and apply. Don’t blame people for taking the money. The entire economy has been bleached by the government so you can’t tell what you need to be doing. Until they stop we mostly will start to go hungry. I fully blame our government!!! And yes I am one of the lucky ones that work and contribute more than my fair share! Of course I realize that many small business owners and their employees need assistance because of the shutdown, but I believe if you have a job, you should not be able to quit and draw unemployment just because you want more $. That is being selfish and taking from those who truly need assistance I was taught to work for what you get and not live above your means and not covet what other have. yeah well one size fits all government policy is all we get. Market forces compelling people to work would not only end the shut downs but also force people into the one behavior we know will work for them, washing your hands and not touching your face.
