Exactly. I couldn't care less about anyone 's taxes. As Trump said several years ago, if you want him to pay more taxes, get rid of the loopholes. Congress never did,,did they? If Trump had been honest about, well, anything at all, it might have been different. Now, (and we don’t know if the NYT got genuine copies of Trump’s returns, but they would be opening themselves up to huge lawsuits from Trump if they’re not), it does seem that 1) Trump isn’t nearly as rich as he’s maintained, 2) he is likely a tax evader, and 3) he owes Somebody (somebody emphasized) a boatload of money coming due in a couple years, during what would be his next term if he wins. We do need to know who that is, and if it’s a foreign power, a foreign adversary, it’s Vital that we know who that is, because Trump may truly not be acting in America’s best interests - this is now a matter of national security. See why tax returns are so important? Every politician should be Required to disclose them. Well done, Linda! I’m afraid you’re a true believer, so probably nothing I say will change that. If the NYT article is false, Trump will own them. Period. If the article is true, then the only part I’m concerned with is the enormous debt coming due in 2 years, because that represents a serious national security threat. And I will try to stay good, not get in trouble. Thank you. If the Dems blamed him for Russia collusion for several years and it was totally fake, what would they do with his tax returns? Also, Hilary's foundation is a money laundering machine. I expect she didn't file taxes on that honestly because that is who due is. No, don't want to see the Dems deal with his taxes. Would take many more years.
