Well another show that will get cancelled after letting all the good ones leave! Love Gibbs, Ducky, Tim, Abby and even Jimmy, but the rest of them---SUCK!!!!! Not the same vibe with them as was with Tony and Ziva, and toakes what 5-6 of them to fill the gap!!! I think after 16 years playing the same role she's entitled to a new challenge. Most people don't even make the 10 year mark in their place of work. Actually the show has already been renewed for 2 more seasons and Mark Harmon As executive producer holds an option for a third season,,,and Harmon has said he would like it to run 20 years.
I would not say the show is leading the actors leave, the actors have decided that it’s time to pursue something new and they are the ones making the decision, it’s a bummer for those of us that are big fans but that’s just the way it works agree. I can’t even figure the new black agent from England’s purpose is on the show. It seems to be more of a nod toward PC than anything else. The same is true for NCISLA. I don’t watch NCISNO - it never drew me in. Unfortunately it's not always up to the shows producers. Just like Kate dying was bc she went on to take a lead in Rizzoli & Isles and Tony left to take lead on Bull. The actors and actresses make a decision to move on at times.
