Working on a jigsaw of Monet's garden. Impossible. Crocheting a prayer shawl. Playing gummy drop.....addictive..... Stay safe. Staying in...it’s not over. I’m anticipating seeing serious rise in cases/deaths in Texas since we’re reopening just about everything but no common sense is being used by too many people who act as viruses is gone. Doing puzzles online...have cats that would steal pieces & chew on them.
Designed the layout and did the cover art for two WWII memoirs, read three books, started two more, and refinished the patio chairs/table: We adopted Henry. This was his first day home. 3 weeks later and life is crazy but good. The cat is still deciding on her thoughts. He was born on Valentine's Day. I made my son his favorite lemon pound cake for his 19th birthday today! I’ve also been sewing masks and learning new music with both my Sweet Adelines quartet and chorus via Zoom. I haven’t done as much reading as I normally would— I’m finding it hard to focus during this unsettling time. My family is staying in even though Virginia is starting to reopen. I have asthma and won’t take any risks while there is still no vaccine or proven effective treatment.
