Maybe they should focus on the unsanitary homeless villages the city/county allows to exist first. I think the county and state have done enough distancing, and social recommendations. Stay-at-home or shelter-in-place are excessive given that no one notices the FLU which is only slightly less infectious than COVID-19 and the FLU creates many more infections and fatalities than C19 seems to cause. C19 shows up in less than 10% of those tested (300,000 in US to date) and 9.8 out of 10 do not require hospitalization. I am in the high risk group and want to see the economy re-open with in place social adjustments to get through this season.
Sad that local counties have to take the action that the head of the state should have already taken weeks ago. Ditto for states having to do it on their own as well. We needed a nationwide lock-down a month ago. Then we might have been back open for business by now. Meanwhile people are sewing cloth masks and crafting face shield because our leaders have failed us
